These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 3bautosales.com website and the 3B Auto Sales mobile application (together, the "App") operated by 3B Auto Sales ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of 3B Auto Sales or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as authorized by these Terms.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 3B Auto Sales or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of the changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
